Parts of him remind me of Dr. Freeze from the Batman animated series, especially with the head. Nice interpretation, I can see you were inspired by the Zero series amirite?

Bits and pieces of him were inspired by at from the zero series. Specifically his feet and hands. I believe there was an ice bull enemy that had hands similar to this. But overall I think I went for a more mega man legends series vibe. It started out as all mega man zero reference tho lol.... I totally see mr.freeze now
