Description

The Scibraxians are a highly advanced machine civilization that is rated High Type-3 on the Kardeshev scale being in control of 9 entire galaxies. They mainly exist as digital consciousness living inside their own simulated and virtual worlds run by the large Matryoshka brain megastructures that surrounds almost every star and star system (and even around the supermassive black hole in the center of their home galaxies) in the galaxies they own. In order to interact with the physical world some of them inhabit machines which they custom made to their own personal tastes, Some bodies are as small as mice, while others can be bigger than moons or even planets, though this is uncommon as as majority of Scirbaxians prefer to stay in their virtual world sand has no interest in getting inside physical bodies to interact with the material world. Only about 10% of Scibraxians do, those 10% that go out in the physical world are either military personel (though they mostly inhabit ship-sized bodies), diplomats, or those that are tired of living with where they can get what they want and desire for challenge and and thrill of life outside the virtual worlds.

Contrary to most machine civilizations that run on a hive-mind system, The Scibraxians value individuality and personal freedom the most, with them not having any form of legal system aside from server rules that differs between their near countless virtual worlds they inhabit. They are highly hedonistic with most of their virtual worlds focusing mainly on pleasure, excitement, and/or entertainment since they have no need for physical amenities to survive, they're not even afraid of dying as when a physical body gets destroyed or even when an entire Matryoshka brain gets destroyed, the consciousness in them just get transferred to the nearest Matryoska brain (though, they will be very disgruntled as the virtual worlds they lived in and worked on for a long time just gets destroyed). Each Scibraxian consciousness is immortal and cannot be destroyed or erased by any means which leads to them not needing to reproduce since everyone can just live forever. Its not uncommon for Scibraxian consciousness to live to tens of thousands of years old, and its the boredom and meaningless life of immortality is what drove them to be hedonistic.

Technologically, the Scibraxians are highly advanced, able to move, or destroy any star or star system on a whim. They have massive automated World Harvesters that consumes entire planets and stars for raw materials to construct and maintain their Matryoshka brain megastructures. Though they are rather benevolent for a Type-3 civilization who offers less advanced civilizations they encounter a choice whether to abandon their physical bodies and be Scibrxians, or keep their independence and just be protectorates. Hostile forces are quickly annihilated by them (except for their enemies, the Lumines, but that is a story for another time).
