- For using this theme first you need to Patch Uxtheme.
- Copy all file in "Theme" folder to "%windir%/Resources/Themes".
- Open personalize panel and apply theme.

Suggestion: title bar text align to left like on win10

and also a bug report: go to notepad > format > fonts. The fonts window (and many windows which have only close button) Close (X) button still having the red hover rectangular.

That is how it should be in every window, plus minimze and maximize buttons should have a blue hover. I reported this bug in the main theme.

Just noticed a bug with the taskbar progressbar (that was the reason why I wrote this to the 2nd version as well): when the app have multiple windows open then progressbar on taskbar for that app isn't visible. Only when one window opened for that app. (so basically the taskbar button with the "lines" or "parts" on the right is not transparent)
