That LOOKS an awful like Serenity, but I'm not sure. If it is, then she was definitely one of his serving girls/concubines from the earlier scene where he was getting a foot massage, and she is, for whatever reason, a delivery girl for Isis, a high priestess who loves the Pharaoh (though canonically, didn't she have a thing for Mahad, whom we haven't seen [yet]?)
So many love polygons! I thought Serenity liked Seto but he didn't like her, but maybe Serenity didn't really like Seto and just didn't like being treated so poorly by him for just delivering a message?
