Yeah, that's very true. They did have plans to make a spyro movie, but that got cancelled and THEN activision came along...and the rest is unfortunate history.

They just used spyro(and now crash) for their annoying series that has nothing to do with spyro. My god when I was younger and the first game came out, I was expecting that it would be all about Spyro and you get to play as his new friends but, younger me was very disappointed. They just put spyro on there to get the moneyz (ends rant)

I absolutely agree with you on every point here.
I mean, for goodness sake, the first game was literally titled "spyro's adventure" Misleading would be an understatement (even though I never played the game myself, I'm pretty sure it was not following Spyro's new adventures)

I mean it's only spyro's adventure if you play as spyro but in the game they call your character a Skylander and you a portable master. The first game and the series has nothing to do with our Spyro >^< I hope there's a game developer out there who would save our Spyro. I'm not really sure about insomniac with spyro they'll probably just take their spyro games and remake it with new graphics. I mean that's good that insomniac thought about their dragon but they should really try and continue it.
And that goes the same for Naughty dog with Crash

I love how adorable and innocent Cynder looks in the first panel, and then her face when she realizes what Spyro is talking about. I've just discovered your channel recently, and am glad I did. You're improved a lot in a few years. And I love Crash and Spyro.
