I tried to make this as simple and in a way least detailed in the best way possible. THE LAST TWO EDITS ARE HOW YOURS SHOULD TURN OUT IF YOU WANT YOUR EDITS IN MY BASES USED FOLDER AND NOT MY BASES USED MESSILY FOLDER OR MY RULE BREAKERS FOLDER.
If you don't agree with me then just don't use my bases cause I'm tired of excuses.
I used my own base for this tutorial, I do not own Fairy Tail!

For those who may say things like you didn't even shade or the hair looks so stiff, the point is for people to understand to outline using the curve tool as thin as the rest of the base and to learn to take their damn time lol.

Rules breaker folder, smart idea. I disabled my bases for use because people were incapable of following the rules, maybe I should just do this...
