I know this is a really bad tutorial, but I hope it helps a little anyway ♥
1. This is NOT the 'right' way to pixellate (is that a word?) Bases, it's just how I like to do it.
2. I don't care if you know an 'easier' way, I don't want to hear about it. This is my method and I like it!

Ps. This tutorial is NOT showing you how to use Paint tool SAI. If you don't understand the basics of the programme or digital art in general, this tutorial probably won't help you much.

Is SAI free? Is there certain steps to download it and, dose it cause viruses?

ooh, very nice. I really need to try using SAI... it seems so easy for everyone ;-;!
One thing i noticed, you keep saying "coloring the base" and such. When you dress up your base, the finished product is called a doll 
I'm not sure if you knew that or not, but XD;; I'm always trying to help people out with terms and such <3 Anyways! Keep it up, I'd love to see some more tutorials ;~;
