I'm glad you like her, Cindy. She and her nest mates grew up in my garden, fed by her father on my expensive cardinal seed. I think she'll make her own chicks now, given how attractive she is. As for the photo, I am still learning new tricks to get the most out of lens, camera, and Photoshop in order to bring the mystery of a common song bird out. The camera data, for what its worth, reveals a bit of what I've learned. It almost goes without saying that I was after a different bird (a grackle) than the one I got. And a wren stopped in yesterday, on its way south. I never got a shot.
