this has answered soo many questions I had about how to make the feet proportionate
I've wanted to be able to make gundam cosplay for years, even more so now since my big bro is such a huge fan
it make take years yet before I can actually make one, but these tutorials are really helping me figure things out

Up to 80kg? I suspect it can go higher...perharps up to 150 kg or more...

it really depends on your height and the proportion of the costume. My platform range from 0.15 metres to 0.3 metres.
