This was going to be part of a MAP (my part was just two paintings, but I never managed to get the second one done) and I thought it worth posting. Because after struggling through art block trying to drag me down, and then going to my grandma's house without a computer (I also became sick during that time, which makes things harder) I didn't manage to get this done even on my one week extension. D':So, erm, here... I'm actually kind of proud of it.
Their designs look iffy to me, but I was rushing it. It's Megatron and the newly-made Prime, Optimus Prime launching into their first battle. (The designs are based off of their TFP designs.)Here it is. If you can do anything with it--go you!Β

Yep! For a long time I used ArtRage Studio 3. All of my older paintings were drawn with that.

Definitely. I find it isn't as clean and precise as Photoshop, also there aren't nearly as many options and little tricks. But here's an example of what it looks like:Β Β That's with the oil paint tool. This is with the Ink Pen tool:Β Β There's several tools to pick from, and it's made for beginners so it has a very clean layout.
