A previously undiscovered species of reptile, the "Bio-Dragon" was a dangerous predator, with no other equal other than mankind. The dragon has a simple yet effective design with obvious theropod influences. While not the largest dragon in media, its threat is still ever present in the movie.

Centuries ago in Southern England, a group of six knights tracked down a monstrous dragon that had wiped out an entire village, leaving nothing but ashes and ruin in its wake. The group soon followed the monster to its cavern lair where they bravely fought against. Unfortunately, the battle was not without sacrifice as the dragon sent fire to a barrel of gunpower the knights had on hand which triggered a cave in, burying and killing all parties except for one warrior.

Centuries later, a scientist discovered the remains of the dragon and with a piece of its fossilized remains, planned to resurrect it with the help of a top-secret research facility dedicated to cloning endangered and extinct animals. With the advanced cloning technology available, the dragon was brought back to life and instantly went on a rampage. Killing all but two staff members either by tooth and claw or by its flaming breath, it soon escaped where it would enter an aerial dog fight with the protagonists' chopper and eventually several fighter jets. The plan was to destroy the monster with missiles however due to the creature's low body temperature, the heat-seeking tech couldn't lock on. Using his wits, the protagonist spilled half of his helicopter's fuel onto the dragon and with a flare gun, ignited it which gave the fighter pilots the opportunity they needed. With a single missile strike, the fire-breathing reptile was no more.

However, when government officials came to the research facility in hopes of recovering anything of value, the discovered a second lab underneath the first which contained another cloning device and from it, another Bio-Dragon was created.

Abilities, Attributes and Powers:
- razor sharp teeth and talons; sharp enough to puncture steel
- fire-breathing; able to fire a short continuous stream or single-shot fireballs
- massive size; 30 feet long and 6 feet tall, the Bio-Dragon was the apex predator of the European continent for several centuries.
- large bat-like wings fold neatly onto the dragon's body, providing it the ability to squeeze into places and enables it to fly great heights
- incredible strength; the dragon is capable of knocking down concrete walls and blast doors. However, it still has its limits
- expert maneuverability and speed; on the ground the creature is lumbering and slow moving, however in the air it is superior. It has the speed and mobility to dodge F-15 Fighting Falcons.
- a thick coating of inter-locking scales and tough skin act as the dragon's main defense; able to stop arrows, sword, pistol rounds and shotgun shells. But even so, a powerful beast such as this is unable to face the destructive power of heat-seeking missiles

Fright Factor: 7/10; while powerful and formidable, the Bio-Dragon is simply another animal, capable of dying like any other. Wile its hide is though, armor-piercing and high-power weaponry is able to harm it. It is driven only by instinct and has intelligence comparable to a wild lion or bear.

Deeds: killed an unknown number of human villagers, five of seven knights, several scientists and guardsmen, and two fighter pilots. Brought back from extinction with clone technology. First of its kind to be revived.
