Part seven of ten (almost there!). The camera for this just doesn't do this painting justice though...Fergie (c) Clockwork Treble Clef
Yes, I drew every single rose on there. Good luck counting them all there's like 200 or more. The roses were a butt, but this is one of my favourites. Ah yes, the rose motif has come into full bloom (that was a pun). This thing is huge, like 24'' long!

I finally took the time to read the story.
Why was he shutting off at the end? Is it because he failed to report to maintenance over time?

well the story goes is that Annabelle is actually engaged to his creator, and he sees her with her when he finally realizes he loves her and wants to express that with a bouquet of roses (which he picks at them until he has one left). Seeing her with someone else he is broken hearted and expresses that by shutting down. Fergie experiences the joy and sadness love has. It has a moral to it, but that's for you, the reader, to interpret.

My moral: love sucks. No matter how great and necessary it is. Avoid it as much as possible.
