ifΒ it just gets on the surfaceΒ the same steps should work
but since ladies' [like] mayonnaise [that] tends to be a little less thick, if you spill a LOT of mayonnaise it could seep into the body of the plush much more quickly soaking it and causing a spot treatment to be somewhat ineffective (might smell later if you don't get it all out of the body)
you might have to look into deep cleaning your plush - do a gentle hand washing in the sink with a mild soap (like baby shampoo) and put itΒ in the dryer with a few towelsΒ on a gentle cycle
if you don't trust the hand stitching or are worried about how it might turn out, you could hang it up to dry outside in the sun

lotsa trouble to clean, but some wouldnt have it any other way
also, accidents can happen: a couple is having a love session on the girl's bed, guy pulls out and overshoots hitting her plush
either way, its gotta get clean somehow!
