auuuugh I absolutely fell in love with this baby... if you ever find you don't want them feel free to hmu! haha~
Anyway, here's my design for FirePhoenix146 !! I had such a blast working on it, so I hope you like it as much as I do! <33

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
The whole prompt was nicely written and easy to understand! It was a fun prompt to work with and the extras you added--concepts, moodboards, and color pallets--were suuuper helpful <3

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
I focused mostly on the moodboard--you can see a lot of glass elements inspired by the little glass orbs on the windchimes. You said noodle dragon so I made a longg bby, and a long kid like this needs extra wings to keep her in the air! I had this idea that she could change her length at will, kind of to do with the ever-moving/changing nature of wind? Feel free to throw out that idea if you don't like it though haha~
She has a bit of extra feathery bits because of the wings (and wind --> feathers, I based her off of wind a lot haha). You can decide if her main body is also feathers, or if it's fur or scales! I imagine her belly is some sort of scales or tough hide, but that's up to you as well~ The clear poncho was also inspired by those glass wind chimes--furin? and I added some on her antlers too--those horns are very useful at holding things ;3 Speaking of... I was originally going to give her white crystally antlers, but changed them to glass instead. I hope that's okay! You are absolutely welcome to make them crystal if you'd rather.
Coming up with a color palette that felt "light and fresh" but not too much like water/ice/etc was a challenge but I'm really happy with the result! I repeated that phrase over and over in my head haha so I hope she embodies that vibe~ I also hope her markings aren't too lightly colored... I don't know how different she looks on other screens. And I realllly hope I didn't make her too complicated! I tend to lean towards extra complicated designs so it was hard to stay away from that here... a long dragon was such a temptation... it's an extra-big canvas to fill with unnecessary spots and gradients!! pfft.
