Description

The shrines are the most common place of worship in the werepokemon territories. At least for those whose leaders are not marked, but are of the original ways of the werepokemon. In the center of the area of the shrines are some of the most important pokemon in werepokemon culture: the Creation pokemon Arceus, as well as Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina (offscreen).

Werepokemon also use this area as a battleground for positions of power having the legendaries there to witness whoever wins. As a general rule, all leaders have a source of power here except for those whose patron legendary is Eternatus. Large gatherings of werepokemon occur here, often in the winter months when the night is longest during the full moon.

There is to be no fighting for petty reasons in the shrines. All werepokemon outcasts--cursed, natural, and reversed--are welcome to the shrines. It is, for the most part, untouched by normal humans for its depth within the territories.
