So here's the first page of the first chapter! I did it over the course of five days, and the background was especially difficult. I'm not used to painting or backgrounds, so it was a challenge. Nonetheless, I'm very happy about how it turned out, and it ended up being quite fun to do!

Looks pretty good, the trees are too big, and don't create their own shadow much, although some do. This is pretty good nonetheless.
