F2U = Free To UseI decided to not offer balloon icons as commissions anymore so I thought why not upload it as a F2U so others might enjoy it!
This Zip file contains a .psd file (it can be opened in many programs such as PS, PS Elements, Sai, Gimp etc.) but to be safe it also contains several .png files!
RULES - PLEASE READ BEFORE USING
- DO NOT ask me if you can use it, since the title/description already explains it...
- Please credit me in the description of your deviation
- Yes, you can use it for commissions but please price the icons accordingly since you only did a part of the work for the commission!
- DO NOT claim them as your own
