There's a tool for it. It should be something like shift-/ or adjust-tool. (I don't know the real name for it since I use photoshop in German ^^")

I'm sorry but my requests are closed (all information are on my page ) but I already have made a glaceon icon [link] (this isn't running but maybe you still like it)
And actually, I don't do the running ones anymore (after I did so many I got tired of them)

Well, I'm using photoshop cs6, and it wont let me erase anything on the body, and after I use the different color to mark where I want to change, it wont let me cover that colored part in black.

Hm, if you cannot erase anything the layer is maybe locked as the background layer?

Also die Ebene darf keine Hintergrundebene sein. Das siehst du an dem Schlosssymbol: wenn es da ist, dann ist es eine Hintergrundebene. Und wenn es eine ist, dann musst mit einem rechtsklick die ebene aus dem Hintergrund lΓΆsen (so Γ€hnlich mΓΌsste es heiΓen ).
Dann markierst du einfach das, was du transtparent haben willst (wahrscheinlich dann das graue) und radierst es einfach weg. Danach sollten die grau/weiΓen KΓ€stchen zu sehen sein (die zeigen immer den transparenten Bereich an). Du musst es dann aber als .png Datei speichern, damit das Transparente erhalten bleibt. (Bei .jpg wΓ€re dieser Bereich nΓ€mlich schwarz...)

Hm wen ich das weg radiere gehen bei mir auch die schwarzen lienien weg auch wen ich forher das graue makiert habe

Hmm, versuchs mal mit den Ebenenmasken. Markier dafΓΌr auch wieder den Bereich und mal diesen dann in der Maske schwarz aus. So mΓΌsste es eigentlich auch funktionieren...
