Eva said it twice in Monster's serie: once in episode 7 and another when they meet again, about 1 year later, in episode 60.
I love your drawing (not just because Tenma's shirtless, I promise...!), very well made! (and I love his face on the third illustration, "doing some sport" ^^, I think that this scene just exist in anime (in episode 9)- I don't remember seeing that on the chapter of the manga)
