What I like:
One of the main things that I really enjoy about this piece is how all of the members are able to fit in the shot without it being overly crowded. The overall composition is really nice, and everyone feels like they genuinely belong.
I also really like Jeff the Killer's pose! Compared to all of the other ones it feels the most natural, and I really like how anatomically correct it is!
The alien guy in the bottom left also has a very nice pose!
The coloring of the gear is also quite nice! There is good contrast in most of them, especially with the two men on the far left!
What I think could improve:
What I mainly believe could improve is the coloring. Although some of it looks great, there are areas where it doesn't feel like there is a clear line between the characters. Furthermore, a great tip for coloring is to continuously color in one direction, and if you want to color it to a fuller extent, then you do it in the opposite way.
I also think that the hair could easily be improved. With Ben Drowned, it looks like you drew the strands in chunks, and if you did that for all of the characters this piece could really improve!
(Also, improving the lighting is always great!)
Overall, I like the piece! The anatomy of the bodies look great, and for the most part each character is distinct. Just improve on those things and your work could really shine!
