*Please Full View*This is very large, but I did a ton of detailing! THis pic took sooo long, but it was sooo worth it.
I really struggled with how to do the wings and the bark texture on the tree. But I'm still continuing with my soft and dark cell shading mixes. I really think it adds to it a lot, but more so in print than on screen. So what does everyone think? I love her and black eyes! Details/Wallpaper here: [link]

Actually I meant the pic would look better if it were done as a digital painting, with such programs as Photoshop or Painter. Vector can also achieve the same thing, but it takes a lot of time and practice, and another thing is that vector art is not to do such artworks.
Of course the most used vector program nowadays is Adobe Illustrator. Besides, CorelDRAW is also a good choice if you don't like Illustrator.
