I figured Cisco needed a bit of a refresh ;DHis ToyHouse for more info

-Hes now got the occasional random splatter of spraypaint!
-His two weapons are a handgun and a long, collapsible rod (think Robin)
-Hes got a ceramic mask that he USUALLY wears
-His tail graffiti can change symbols
-His wings and items are optional
-His mask doesn't stop him from pulling expressions
-The colourful parts of him glow softly
-His hair is FLOOF
-His jacket and pants should actually be a bit baggier...
