My mascot Cisco's long overdue new ref ^^ while a couple things have changed he's still generally the same boi!

Species: Canine (with some squirrel DNA from his mother)

Bio: Cisco had been raised in the poor, trashed Paladin's City that was ruled with an iron fist by corrupt politicians. Without being able to count on the shambled law enforcement system there, Cisco took the job upon himself to capture or punish criminals he caught himself (vigilante work)

Design Notes:

-His neon coloured parts (including mask and fire powers) change according to his mood! Find all 7 forms here and what moods they cover: sta.sh/21crjt8yxuad?edit=1
-If he experiences a mix of emotions, his colours can be gradients
-All of his neon coloured parts GLOW
-He has wings (in 2nd story part) but is also very skilled in parkour
-His mask changes face to match his expression
-His tail has graffiti on it. Feel free to experiment with symbols!
-He's got a small "soul fire" that follows him around all the time. This can't be extinguished
-His weapons include a gun (1st story part only), a collapsible metal staff, and exploding spray paint cans (ranging from agitants, to smoke bombs, to lethal)
