I could see the boob fairy zapping a random duck and magically turning it into a anthro saloon girl duck. Not satisfied, the boob fairy would then zap her again, making her boobs even bigger and changing her from an anthro duck to a human girl.

Whether it's male or not doesn't really matter, just as long as it looks gender-neutral. It would look like the toon ducks that you usually draw.

Yea I think so too. Im fan of cartoon animals changing into beautiful women. I think it all stems from a cartoon I saw a long time ago called "Springtime for Pluto." If you ever need any ideas for that sort of thing let me know.
