Description I nearly went half-mad drawing all those escalator steps.Β  Introduced here is "Vic".

Dedicated to the creators, writers, fans, and actors of the "Walking Dead".Β  And you without which all of this would be just doodles in a notebook.

Don't give up hope! They are out there! We don't have any evidence of their survival but yea they are totally alive!

love the opey doll.... wait...so opey is from an old store that came to life after nucular warfair and is stumbling through a post zombie post end of the world, Β world... you know that almost makes sence.Β

I think Opey would fit in rather well in a zombie apocalypse, although I'm not sure the dead would eat him.Β  In the "Quacking Dead" universe, Opey is a huge property, like "Mickey Mouse".Β Β  No wonder the world ended.Β

Still enjoying the comic so far. I'm in love with those funny picture talk balloons. Nice change from the usual dialogueΒ

Thank you so much!Β  I thought drawing images instead of dialogue would be a fun challenge for me.Β  It's risky for me, though, as I'm always afraid I'll make one that no one can figure out.Β

Thanks, Rob!Β  I'd like to know your opinion on something and feel free to be as honest as you like.Β  What do you think of the story so far?Β  Is everything making sense?Β  Is the story too slow or random?Β  Sorry for so many questions but I'm always concerned about whether or not the comic is entertaining.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

RobKing21 In reply to cluedog [2015-02-15 20:41:02 +0000 UTC]

It's totally making sense. The reason I can say that is I've been experiencing it (like everyone else) a little at a time and I can recollect the entire story. I imagine if there was a way to one day have the whole story in my hot little hands, I would think it would flow even better. What I'm particularly impressed with, but not surprised is how easy the story is to follow given that there is no dialog. But this something you excel at, so like I said, I'm not surprised. It was what first attracted to me to your work in the first place when I saw Opey the Warhead. You have a knack for nailing expressions and body language.

Plus I love all the sideline humor as well.Β

Thank you for the comment, Rob.Β Β  As a creator, I'm always nervous about my work lurching off into some comic equivalent of the Frankenstein monster.Β  I don't wish to be delusional about my art or stories with regards to whether I'm doing things the right way.Β  It's something I struggle with Opey.
