Well, here I am. I've been on hormones off and on but I've now settled this is what I want to do. I'm committed to being a woman.

This the first real serious transition pic of me. What have I got to improve? Oh, everything. I'm ugly as hell. I could use some facial feminization surgery, a boob job, surgery to reduce the Adam's apple, clean up my skin, lose weight, and, of course, surgery down there.

I don't look like the girls in my drawings. Hell, I'm nowhere near passing.

But getting to be a woman? Ah, that's the dream. But this is a start. A very, very bad start. But a start nonetheless!
