Scary thing is that I don't think they're lying.
Hasbro has always angered the fans and hated on Derpy, which it why I don't buy Hasbro products.
You know of the less Derpy appearances in season 3? That wads Hasbro at work trying to remove her as a character.

No, I know, I wasn't being serious when I said that. >w> And they aren't hating on her, they just got stupid, and listened to SEVEN parents that didn't know what the flip they were talking about by saying she was offensive to mentally retarded people, and thus they cut her out of the show.
So I don't hate on Hasbro in any way for making the dumb choice to listen to those 7 dumb parents, instead of all the fans, in any way. (I just don't really like the dolls.) But I love Derpy so much/am so dedicated to her amazing character, that I refuse to give up in her reappearing at least as a more often used background pony. :3
And at least to the fans she will always have her own, maybe because of this, more special spotlight. :3

i heard that she will be never ever ever be in the show again after season 3 is over, i also read a rumour that twilight sparkle will become an alicorn at the end of season 3, i hope it's not permanent, if it is... many bronies will rage over derpy being removed forever and twilight as an alicorn permanently.

As for Derpy... Though she may not ever be on the show again, she will remain in the heart of the fandom and will never disappear. <3 She will always be my favorite background character no matter what.

Despise there is no many Derpy appearances, animators put some others innexpected background characters in the stories...but thez want to avoid problems with some parents association...
I also watched episode 6 this week end ( actually I wached it four times XD, oh my... episodes of this season seems to contain more and more fan service! I was really surprised and amazed when I saw Luna in this one!

I like how you drew them, here! One big thingie I noticed is that you draw the jawline all the way up to the ears. Small thing, but fairly different from other styles I've seen!
