I live in an apartment building and I know about bad neighbors. I have one young couple beside that plays loud music until 1:00 AM. If you complain everyone in the building knows and then you are the building enemy. I have lived that already. I wish I could move but the rents are horrible in NH and the price of houses are just outrageous. The style and size of a house that used to cost 50K is now 150K.

I am getting a double wide modular that has 4 bedrooms, den, kitchen, living room, 2 full baths. it is huge, for only $70K. It was a repo-ed home. Oh and it comes with the 52" tv that was repo-ed with it.

my personal life has been hectic lately so I haven't done much of anything, sorry. I am trying to move from the slums that I live in to a better environment for my children.

I will be going property hunting this weekend. We want, if possible, a plot of land with no neighbors around or as far away from us as possible.
