Too bad that's on lined paper, I think the smile is amazing, I know, they are the hardest (at least for me) things to draw. Wow!

It is good work, Danielle! The face reads perfectly to me so I do not see that it is uneven anywhere. Very nice.

yeah i think at my core i'm like that. this year i've been jumping around to see if i like different styles but when it comes to drawing i always want to practice by way of repetition to improve.

awesome. i have been too. its funny to think back at how good i thought i was when i didn't know a thing about drawing hahah but yeah i guess thats the good thing about art; you grow and improve and change all the time, sometimes without even realizing it.

i know EXACTLY what you mean! it's sometimes scary but calming and reassuring at the same time how much you have advanced since you last checked.

heh i'm usually a little bewildered by my progress. kind of like "well where did that come from?!" but yeah aside from that i'm always excited.
