This one is the "One Thing Leads 2 UnOthers" in transparency that I said before I wanted to post but couldn't get the result I wanted. Now after reviewing all my revisions of it I see that the apparent thickness of the sphere wall is actually the reflection of the background ambient light. The render I did before it showed that the floor was not touching the bottom of the objects letting in more light and lightening the edge. So consequently when I raised the floor it cut that light off darkening the sphere wall.
