So, she wanted Eduardo avoiding Titan-Eren with his 3DGear, so here you are!

The way I see it is that Eduardo probably insulted Eren's titan-form emo haircut, which caused Eren to retaliate with a comment about Eduardo's unability to grow a decent mustache, sparking a huge insult war between the two. This continued on for quite a while until Eren finaly lost it and went into total rage-mode and proceded to chase Eduardo around Trost resulting in the injury of 32 Survey Corps squad members and the destruction of half the city.
I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU TWO! JUST LOOK AT THIS MESS! I want you both of cleaning duty ... FOR A MONTH!

Levi then procedes to run after Eren and Eduardo through headquarters with his 3DGear, threatening to skin them alive if they didn't have the place spotless by the next day. Luckily, Mikasa was there, so Levi couldn't do too much damage to the guys.
Meanwhile, Armin and Jon watch the scene unfold from a nearby rooftop.
Have you ever realized how both of our friends have, like, MAJOR anger issues?
I know right? At least yours doesn't turn into a giant rage monster; this is the 3rd time this week!

It looks great, Eduardo must have told Eren something really mean, explaning why eren looks so pissed
