Less similarities are better. I'd prefer they don't have the same manes. It's ok if it's similar, I just don't want yours to have the curl and the highlights. I don't care if it's similar gradient blues. xP

Okay, it could still work though. The dragon father could of fallen in love with a Pegasi mother, and had Winter. Winter, though not having any resemblance to her father, can speak dragon and the language of many mythical creatures. And when she's angry she can transform into a dragon, like a dark form. .3.
