I didn't saw directly it was a photomanipulated photo but thought it was a digital drawing !
I like the way you have choosen all the objects, they fit very good together and what is perfect is how you have made them looks all from the same picture.
Also, the lightning is pretty well controlled and the dark theme is well developped

I'm not into photomanipulation (not even into digital art), so I don't think I can make a useful critique, but still I would like to point out that it was a great idea of yours to make her face and hairstyle asymmetric - it makes the whole picture more realistic.
However, it would even be more realistic if the spider on her arm had a shadow too - it looks weird without it.
