Edit: More color and better background.This is the reaction I'd imagine the Hero of Oakvale would say to the Crawler if he was put in that situation 550 years later. I mean, he's been through probably one of the best and worst lives anyone could imagine and this Crawler thinks he can intimidate and frighten him? Fat chance!
He will take that Crawler and cut him in half for what he did to Walter!
(I also think Fable is his real name.)
Sorry for the poor background. Was feeling really really lazy after coloring Fable taking forever.

Also if he's good he should have shiny silver hair (cause thats the look the game chooses for a good hero, silver hair and clear blue eyes).
My Hero had lots of scars on his face that made him pretty badass.
Too bad I got the "bad" ending even tho i made my character 100% good.

For Fable 1 or 3 you got the bad ending?
I try to keep my Fable in the neutral. There are many reasons for this, most of them revolving around the fanfiction I'm writing.
I like scars. The scars on his face in this picture are the ones he got in one of my play-throughs.

Then I realized all i had to do was press a button at the last cutscene.

Also, in my 1st playthru of Fable 1 my character had SO. MANY. SCARS. I felt bad for the poor boy.
Now I'm playing it again and going for a ranged weapon specialization. So far his face is as clear and soft as a baby's.

Ah! Yeah I almost made that mistake. Range is awesome, so is having mercenaries doing your dirty work XD.
It is not posted yet. I still have to illustrate chapter 1. Started chapter 2 a moment ago. Need my notebook to continue though. My journal has a snippet of chapter 1. It's about the Hero of Oakvale and 2 of the mercenaries you can hire. The mercenary of Bowerstone South and the mercenary of Oakvale, evil aligned and good aligned respectfully. It's about their journey through all 3 games.
I played the game with the two of them at my side so many times, they've developed their own character (as you can tell from my fanart that I see you faved... O.o thank you). It was always fun to listen to their banter, so it sparked the seeds for the fanfic that goes through all 3 games with all 3 characters.
Cannot wait to write the fanfic with Fable 3 because so many things come to a head that most people probably didn't think about. The wardogs/dreadwings (minions) from Fable 1 strongly resemble the dark minions from Fable 3. (Plot point? Of course!) I'll spoil one more thing for you. Aurora was mentioned in Fable 1 in the book "The Other Land", not by name. Going to keep the basis true to the games, but with the 3 extra characters.

Well i never contracted the mercenaries. I always enjoyed doing things on my own.
Oh and Fable meeting his descendands will be so funny I can tell.
I can see Sparrow calling him old man or grandpa from times to times.
Oh and will you add something from Fable: the Journey? It was a small game for kinect, but it adds more to the story, specially on Theresa's past. And it's main character, Gabriel, is a cute patooey

I've found them to be fun because they will banter with each other and be a little kill happy when enemies are near.
I can't wait to write the other stories now. Semi spoiler, Fable can't swim so you know he's going to get hell for it in Fable 2 XD
Unfortunately, I have not played the Journey and did not intend on incorporating it into the story. However, upon reading the little extra bits that came with it, I will use similar elements, but to a different end. (Why the spire was built, for example).
One day I may play it, but until then, I intend on classifying it as a glorified side story because I prefer the story following the Archon's line. (And I have a vendetta against Theresa

I'd love to see people going all: "You're a Legendary hero and you can't swim?!"
Also. As I'm replaying Fable 1 I am focusing more on exploration and side quest and just now I found out about DarkWood Bordello.
I never laughed so much in my life.

Fable just seemed like a fitting name to me, rather than choosing a cookie cut title from in game.
Your alternate ending does sound badass, though I'm not sure I understand the statement "you cannot begin to even understand my fear" when that is what the crawler was feeding on. Intriguing... must decipher... yes...

i mean he faced the ultimate evil of his time and dont het me wrong u sir have an awesome drawing and statement but for the crawler to understand the nightmares of a man who wields the ultimate wepon been literaly to the gates of hell and beyond and come back out i think that his fear would drive the darkness into suicide you know like the crawler would be like feed us and the hero of oakvale would be like u want my fear take it and it would drive it even crazzier then it already was
