Description
This is almost loosely based on the unfinished Turmoil episode from SWAT Kats. And I felt like making this true to the original animation style, using references from "Mutation City" and "Cry Turmoil." The reason why I made Chance taller than Turmoil was because he was strapped to the wall a few inches above the ground.As a side note, I like Turmoil's femme fatale personality so I felt like playing with that archetype and using it to "seduce" Chance/T-Bone in a way. Also, I don't know how Turmoil knew T-Bone's secret identity lol.
