Glad someone besides me takes issue with this, Turmoil is from a long line of female villains in cartoons and movies with Slavic accents, in fact, the only female character i know of with a Slavic accent that isn't a villain in Linka from Captain Planet. I even made a de-motivational poster venting my frustration at this Β

Plus i think it's part of US media stroking the American ego by having several non-american villains, or giving several of the villain non-american accents (So they might have a German, a Russian and a Brit on the villain side), while they'll try and keep all the good guys as American as possible, maybe they'll have the odd foreign ally to the heroes, which more often than not, is usually either a stereotypical Latino or a super-wise AsianΒ

There should have been a third season or else put the series, UNCUT, on DVD including art from the fans. It happened with the Satam version of Sonic, so why not the Swat Kats? All of the unfished ideas, like this one, should be included as bonus material.
