Is Unconditional.She may not have asked for them, she may not have even wanted them, and she had been terrified to bring them into this world. That did not stop her from swaddling them in the blanket she had torn apart. Carefully wrapping each one of the squirming balls of life and placing it beside her for warmth.
Some mammals would scream in horror at what they had just given birth to and seek to destroy that life. Amenii, looked at them, at their tiny faces, and chose a different path. Β
C.S. Notes: I needed to get this out of my system. The Idea was there for several days, so I finally gave it light. I confess that this one stirs up a great deal of emotions. Strong emotions. Not sure what to make of it all exactly.

I raised rabbits for a while. The stories I could tell you. It's not uncommon for a mama rabbit to deliver 6 to 10, sometimes even 12. Unfortunately, bunnies only gots 6 nipples. Only the strong survive.

Fortunately Amenii isn't that kind of bunny, she may only have two teats, but you can bet she makes sure none of them go hungry.

Awe . You did a good job. Im literally crying because its so emotional that she cares for her babies. This can also be reference to real life because some people do abort their babies.

Don't worry, she has Nera to watch over her. Like Yin and Yang, Nera always has a way of showing up to Amenii's side.
If you didn't know, Nera is hyena about three times Amenii's size, and very protective.

Truly, and for the room...Well Amenii is on a now derelict space craft that was overrun by Xenomorphs, that have been covering the ship to better resemble one of their hives.
She gathered what she could in the medical bay, she had hoped to use the medication, but could not find an IV to hook herself up with. So, laying out the pillows and later gave birth in the corner, waiting for rescue.
As for Nera, well I suspect she and several others will be along, how they handle an outbreak of Xenomorphs will be, complicated.
