Description The bed shifted under Amenii, rising and falling again with the breath of her lover next to her. It was comforting, the warmth that radiated off of Nera was like a small furnace, complete with the whispering growls as she slept. Deftly claws played over her skin, pricking, digging, and then retracting.

She was so big, Amenii thought as she nested in beside her, she had jokingly told her that she could eat her in two bites if she had the mind to. They had shared a laugh about that, and after the night Nera went to bed hungry, and had stated nibbling on her ears it had become a running joke. Something private that they shared.

Two bites.

Nera had tried to nickname her ‘My little Morsel, Tender Cuts, and so many other terrible names, but she said none of them fit her. Like wise Amenii had tried out her own, Jaws, Night Terror, Hannibal. Nera was not amused.

But none of that mattered, not here, not now. Letting her head fall back, she rubbered her face into Nera’s mane. Nothing mattered save for the moment.

I know humans don't exist in this universe and they're both females, but the term "man eater" seems to eating people in general. Some people use the term "people' or person to describe anthro animals. It isn't always literal either.
