Stretching never feels better than when you are at your normal size, and nothing growing out of proportion due to stress. That and she would not have to tilt her head back each time just to look at anyone. Satisfie, she smiled. It was good to be back.
At her own pace Linda slowly worked her way through her routine, arms, back, legs, all the way down and then back up again.
There was a soothing nature to the ritual, and after a long work weeks it felt good to come home to her own flat. It was a small place, but comfortable in its own way.
Looking out the window the morning sun pouredin through her window, pooling on her bed invitingly.
Maybe just give more minutes...
Curling herself around the covers Linda let the sun warm her fur as she let out a sigh of relaxed contentment.
It was good to be home.

No, but she's quite an accomplished pianist.Β All the bat humanimals of my universe are musicians, surgeons or any other job that requires someone with sensitive and dexterous hands.Β In my universe, when the humanimals were created they were created to look almost human which means that flying mammals can't fly due to a lack of the necessary membranes, even the otters don't have fully webbed fingers.

That would make sense, the part about the pianist in particular as bats have quite acute hearing as well. ^^Β

Quite true about the hearing of the bat humanimals.Β The funny thing, though, is that I hadn't thought about that when I created Mei Xiongmao.Β However, I need to think of a job that requires good hearing so I can create another bat character with said job.
