i don't like SF coming out of nowhere but as we know about your would, you could put SF or fantasy and it wouldn't be out the norm as this is the beginning of your comic

Don't worry, I don't intend to. That would be a cheap way out. This story is grounded in and around the Zootopian universe, and is governed by many of the same rules.
