Pressed against her body, Amenii could feel more so than hear, Nera’s rumbling purr as she drew in another breath.
“You smell, so nice.”

Not yet. Though Nera and her have discussed having kids. The biggest issue there being, who's going to have the baby. And if so, what species? or should we adopt? Who the donor would be, and all those questions.

a rabbit or Nera shored be the one pregnant, there is a good reason for this, the size differences, if the cat got pregnant then at 3 years old, the baby would be bigger then Nera, she could not hold the baby, the cat would have to do everything for the baby

That's what I was thinking, the debate rages still: Nera claiming that if Amenii got pregnant that she is unsure is she could handle a whole kit of bunnies, and that she would prefer to just have a single child.
Amenii, countered with that's not how bunnies work.

then the baby would be to big, it's simple, they should get a margay, you said you wanted to draw one when i showed you them, it's a small cat that grows just taller then a rabbit, and there cute

I suspect that would be the case, Nera probably hoped that the child/children would just take on some predatory features.
After this though, I would be worried about Amenii surviving the pregnancy!
