Description
A dark and minimal beautyHalion for Winamp has landed
Featuring a custom beat visualization, an interface trimmed down to only the things you need and some nice little details.
So you can focus on what you love most: Your music and your shiny album covers!
Installation
1) Please download and install the cPro Engine for Winamp first: [link]
2) Download, unzip and then install Halion by double clicking the "cPro_Halion.wal" file
Beta
This is a beta so some parts are not complete.
Things NOT done yet include: Shade view + More beat visualizations
They are not bugs, so dont send me notes about those 2 points as i will continue working on them.
You can send real bugs and wishes as a note though and i will do my best to answer, include or fix them!

This skin is pure beautiful. The blue touch used and the details gave to halion a futuristic hi-tech mininal touch. I'm using the beta version since the release date and zero bugs so far.
It's a very cool dark skin and the author cover all the aspects of it since there's a lot of themes out there that only customize the player section and playlist view.
The only thing i miss is the Menu bar from top i think it would be nice if you used an icon to represent it.

This skin is amazing in it's simplicity, the title bar buttons feel like you're using the stock designs I would have liked to see some different in that sense. I feel that you could have used the lighting/shading used in the beat vis with the lines that you have in the top left. Along with other skin elements of that coulour.
The Beat Vis is unique with the lighting that you used in that area, I've never seen a Cpro skin with such a large Beat Vis. It's great!
It's a beautiful skin. Great choice of colours, few tiny things that bug me but are easy to over look from the sheer greatness that this skin pulsates with.

I will improve Halion on the points mentioned and keep things in mind for the final release.
The little stuff bugging you, and i guess others, comes from my my lack of time (and a tad of laziness) haha
For a "Beta" release i think the rating is fair though and your points well balanced and good information.
Great to hear that although there are still a few things undone the "impact" is still very big.
Lets see if we can pimp up Halion to a whopping 5 stars in the final release: That is the plan!

I don't know if the dev is still around to answer questions...
but for some reason when I installed this skin on a new reimage of my computer, the font doesn't change...
does anybody know either a fix or the font this skin uses?????

i really like this skin and i wish i could use it. idk if its a cPro bug (i just downloaded the most recent version) or a skin bug, but i like to keep winamp on a different monitor, since i use a multiple monitor setup. you cant drag this skin to another monitor (if its to the left of the main monitor).
other skins can drag across the screen without a problem. and this can drag across to monitor #3, but not monitor #1 (2 is the main, which is in the middle)
