This is fanart of what a pokemon-themed Zubat-based hero would be. There is a superhero in the pokemon anime (Gligar Man), so this isn't too Farfetch'd.This is based off of the image [link] is based off of.
Besides, how can you say no to something as awesome as ZubatMan. This totally could be followed with Zubatman TAS, Zubatman Beyond, The Dark [Dragon]Knight etc.
he's the hero Kanto deserves, but not the one it needs right now and so we'll hunt him, and throw pokeballs at him, because he can take it. Because he's not a hero. He's a silent guardian, a (blind) watchful protector, a man dressed as a bat .

I'd assume so, but only so long as he's the hero Kanto needs right now. If he's the hero Kanto deserves and not the one it needs, the Zubat Signal would have to be decommissioned.
