They're not decals, just pieces of Pixel Art. Though I was considering painting some minifigs to look like a few Trek characters... I might still do that one day...

It matters what for. If it's for like just an Avatar or something then fine. I encourage it.
If it's for a project or something bigger I'd need to know more.

Well I tried to ssave it to my pictures then tried it on windows paint but all that comes up is a blank square.

Try to Copy/Paste it into another program like Microsoft Paint or Photoshop or whatever you have.

Try PrtSc button to copy the whole visible page. If you don't have that butt (like many macs) you can open the onscreen keyboard and find it.
If that doesn't work you're doomed.
