Week 4 (19th – 24th November): Conflict

Story behind this:

- Sakura is tired of waiting for Sasuke and decides to take the iniciative, leaving the village in order to find him and travel together.

- She tells the girls about her plan the day before. Both Hinata and Ino agree it's a super romantic idea, but TenTen thinks it is irresponsable for the newest child hospital head to leave like that.

- Sakura and TenTen argue about the topic and things escalate quickly. TenTen insults Sakura by calling her weak-minded and "the reason men don't respect women", while Sakura points out how everybody thinks TenTen is an insensitive weirdo too focused on ninja tools to realize not all girls have the same objetives in life than her (which is, according to a super mad Sakura, "ending up all alone surrounded by blades and cats")

- Ino and Hinata stop the fight because things have gone too far. Meanwhile, TenTen and Sakura feel horrible about the things that have been said (as neither of them truly believe in that crap), but they were so angry they said awful stuff to each other. Of course, their pride is too big to admit it, and both of them just leave without apologizing.

- TenTen asks Lee for advice; he proposes to go along Haruno and protect her on her journey for love. That way, they'll become friends again and Lee will be able to confess his feelings to Sakura one last time.

- Lee really hopes Sakura will forget about Sasuke if he confesses before (poor baby). TenTen is suspicious but remains quiet because she thinks it is time for her team-mate to face reality.

- Sakura is happy Lee and TenTen want to go with her, and all three of them travel together. They have fun and fight enemies during the trip in old-school taijutsu fashion. This only makes their bond stronger and seems like the girl-fight conflict is forgiven.

- After several weeks, they find Sasuke and both him and Sakura have the famous "short" date stated in the anime (Yeah, I haven't forget about that SS fans). Sasuke is in the middle of an important mission and doesn't want Sakura to interfere... so their trip together is postponed.

- The pink haired kunoichi feels this is a rejection and searches TenTen for support. Sakura's words break TenTen's shame shield, and she finally opens her heart and talks about a boy who changed her point of view concerning life and how he has made her more confident and easy going. Yet TenTen claims she is unable to tell him how important of a person he is in her life, and that this makes her miserable.

- And here comes the misanderstanding!: Sakura thinks TenTen is talking about NEJI, being his death the reason she is unable to tell him. For this very mistake and the thought of Sasuke getting killed too before they can properly talk about their feelings, Sakura panics and flies there with Lee, to aid him.

- Before leaving for the fight, Rock Lee confesses to Sakura (it starts raining - pic related) but she cannot return his feelings and Lee gets inmediately depressed.

- This sorrow affects Lee while fighting (being rejected before such an important moment is not the best way to start); when he sees Sasuke and Sakura back to back against the enemies, the pain this distraction causes has him seriously injured in the end.

- TenTen arrives and puts an end to the fight with her Banana fan. She sees Sakura healing a fatally wounded Lee and snaps.

- All the truth is revealed: TenTen was talking about Lee all along. She was unable to tell how much she admired him because he was in love with Sakura.
She then explains that the real reason she got so mad when Haruno told her about leaving with Sasuke, is because she can't understand how the girl who stole all her dreams (becoming Tsunade's apprentince, becoming a legendary kunoichi, being respected by all shinobi in the village...) would just throw everything away for a man and hurt the most important person in TenTen's life in the process.
