Four-armed, pacifistic aquatic mammals from Lazerian IV... that's honestly the name of the planet. Two of the arms are just flippers, allowing them to power quickly through the water. As far as I know they only appeared in the 'Twin Stars of Kira' module for the original Star Wars RPG from West End Games.
