Deviantart will perhaps start an official art workshop to enable young artists who want to learn more about different subject matters and improve on areas that they find to be a personal weakness. It would be wonderful if it went from basic construction methods, to the making of graphic novels, and on to painting in photo realism styles, etc. with a mentor rotation every few months. Maybe this would include a big brother/big sister adopt an artist support system with volunteers as well.
A crash course like that for free or at least kept to a low point donation would be great for people without money for expensive art courses or private tutoring, or can't find any support like local painting classes for learning oil paint techniques and such.
One can learn much from observation of the world around them, but it doesn't hurt to have a hand up when you feel things like proper shading or dynamic poses are a weak point, or you just want to learn something new to add to your skill set.
Deviantart could have a big hand in nurturing the artists of tomorrow, right now, today.

On April 7, 2014, major government and religious leaders will converge on DeviantArt headquarters in Hollywood California to meet with spyed to discuss world peace. DeviantArt, a virtual community of artists and art enthusiasts, is world-renowned for having the highest concentration of kind and loving members. The leaders hope to glean some insight into how to foster the same atmosphere of love and helpfulness among all of Humankind.
