A progress shot of the face I am currently working on. I am trying as best as I can to keep form in mind while I work, still a long way to go, I don't normally show progress shots but I thought it might be interesting this time to see how it changes.Related content

And now I think I know why you are shy about posting in your gallery . . . it's because you're a perfectionist! That can be both a curse and a blessing. Don't let it get the best of you. Use it to advantage. And when it puts you at a disadvantage, turn it off. Set limits on the inner critic. No critics allowed in the studio during playtime! No critics allowed to speak during performance. Critics and coaches welcome to guide training and teach and advis others. Every part has its role to play, but for some people inner critics tend to overstep their bounds and have to be trained to respect them to serve the greater good.
Of course, I could be wrong about you. In which case, just forget what I said. (And, please, accept my apology.

hehe yeah I am a bit of a perfectionist, not intentionally really though, I just struggle not to notice every little problem with my work (and it feels like i notice more and more every day haha).
I like the concept of leaving the critics at home until after the performance though! That is a concept I should really work on.
