I hope you’ll forgive me if I’m not exactly perfectly consistent with all the goo and grime on Samus’s armor. Ideally, in every panel she has:
1. Dried mud on her shins, boots, and splashed in places on the pauldrons, from landing hard at the bottom of the mine shaft,
2. Alien blood splattered on her hand, gun, right knee, and places on her right arm and left pauldron, from violences in the fight,
3. Her own blood on the back of her right knee, and around her left ribs, from wounds in the fight,
4. Blue shock gel around the collar, and dribbled down the center of the abdomen from when she took off her helmet and opened the suit,
5. A mixture of water and both kinds of blood running down her left side from where she washed it off.
I’m not able or inclined to remember all of that for every panel, and it’s already been wildly inconsistent between pages, so while I’ll try to do better at remembering it from here on out, I’m also begging you to throw me a bone and make believe I’m doing it perfectly.
