I had several ideas for this request, but my lack of skill resulted in this... thing. As you can see, it's Icca or at least my attempt at her and I CAN'T DRAW FEMALE ELITE BUTTS!!! ARGH! I hope at least the colors are mostly right.
And I knew how much you like Rtas so I kinda thought this might be a nice theme...
